Saw the film. It’s beautiful. Chatted with the cast. Talked to the one girl about her nails for like five minutes. I seriously need to go out and get the same color as hers. They were incredible. Talked to the director about how the project came together and what she’s working on next. Viola Davis is working with her next!! And then, the after-party became a small 90s dance party and we danced it up.
Seriously, go see it though. Incredible film, journey about a young african-american’s coming out story.
